UTA is inexpensive. What's unique about it is that while it is very much a commuter college with roughly 26,000, it somehow manages to have a small school feel because only about 3,000 kids live on campus. This also makes it very easy to get involved in pursuits on campus and obtain leadership roles in Student Congress, Student Activities, Ambassadors, etc. I recommend living on campus because you can become a real part of the school community and really get to know the others living there. ...
