Don't be intimidated by Yale's reputation. The most important thing about every student here is not his or her SAT score, high school GPA, or anything like that, but what makes him or her UNIQUE. Apply, and tell your story. Each person is so different and so interesting, and I haven't met anyone who is only about what he studies, who his parents are, etc. I chose Yale over Harvard and other great schools, because of the people and the environment. DON'T come to Yale if you're an introverted, hyp...

Yale: THE BEST
Yale is the most-laid back IVY, especially when compared to Harvard which is way too uptight. The academics are definitely above par. Everyone is friendly and talented. It's great. Also, the housing and dorms are wonderful and you get to be surrounded by beautiful architecture, spacious courtyards (that have swings, benches, chess tables, etc.), and many different facilities (a library in each of the 12 residential colleges, squash courts in some, basketball courts in others, CD cafe, dark r...
