i'm planning on going to LSU in the fall of 2009. Then i was reading some stuff on the internet saying that they are racist towards blacks and then other stuff will say that they're open minded. However, all my friends are white and i live in a white community and go to and all white school, so then i told my white friends about the racism issue and they said all the white people at LSU will like me cuz i'm not ghetto and i have white features and act white. WTF!!!! why does race matter anymore, UGH!!!! So is LSU an open minded school or am i going to have a problem? please help cuz now i'm nervous that i'm not going to make any friends at LSU!!!

you have nothing to worry about i go to LSU and there is no racism . If we were racist we wouldn't have sports teams.
