at Tulane. What do you think the shots are?

i'm not sure about tulan, specifically, but generally, the chances of getting into a school after being waitlisted are pretty slim :(

waitlisting is pretty big this year, even among "overqualified" students. in a lot of cases, it seems to be because colleges feel that they're a student's "second choice".
if you really want to go to tulane, you can probably raise your chances by making it clear to the college that you're serious about them (send a few emails, if you have any new/notable achievements/etc. maybe even include a short letter with your request to join the waitlist about how the school is one of your top choices. etc)
other than that, just cross you fingers and hope for the best :)
good luck!
